The decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev "On the announcement of partial mobilization in the Republic of Azerbaijan" dated September 28, 2020 was greeted with great enthusiasm by reserve servicemen working at the Institute of Physiology of ANAS named after academician Abdulla Garayev.

Some employees of the Institute of Physiology named after academician Abdullah Garayev of ANAS also joined the call of President Ilham Aliyev.

Today one of them, Ilkin Bakhtiyar oglu Yunusov, a programmer of the department of scientific innovation and information, was sent to military detachments at the call of the State Service for mobilization and conscription. Yunusov said that he applied to the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription from the first day of mobilization and was registered. Yunusov said that he was ready to go to the front at any time by order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. He noted that it is a great honor and pride for him to join the ranks of the army, which is conducting successful military operations to liberate our occupied territories from the enemy.
