On February 12-14, 2019, the VIII Republican contest "Scientists of the Future" was held in Baku. The event was attended by schoolchildren with their projects from schools in different regions of Azerbaijan: from Baku, Sumgayit, Agdash, Gakh, Balaken and Sheki. Participating in one of the directions of the competition - “Medicine and Health”, Aliyeva Takhira Nizami gizi and Mamadova Almaz Arzu gizi, pupils of the 11th grade of the educational complex No. 132-134 of Baku city were awarded a bronze medal for the project titled “Study of the antidepressants on anxiety state in animals with different individual responses to stress". This project was implemented under the guidance of Doctor of Biological Sciences Ismayilova Khadija Yusif gizi, Сhief Researcher of the "Ecotoxicology" laboratory of the Institute of Physiology named after academician Abdullah Garayev.
