I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of Novruz holiday and wish you family happiness, happiness, health and abundance on your tables.

Novruz holiday, which is a symbol of the awakening of nature and spring, has always been celebrated in our country in a unique way, having passed the test of centuries due to its commitment to the traditions and national values of our people. Novruz holiday is widely reflected in our folk art, traditions, music, literature, examples of art, has become a source of joy for our people, a symbol of national unity and solidarity. Novruz holiday has instilled the concepts of friendship, peace, tranquility, reconciliation and humanism for centuries, and has made important contributions to the protection and development of human ideas.

Novruz holiday, which is widely celebrated in our country today, was included in the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage in 2009, and in 2010 the UN declared March 21 as "International Novruz Day".

Extensive research was carried out in the scientific institutions and organizations of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences in the direction of Novruz holiday, its essence, traditions, folk art, books, articles were published, the holiday was propagandized at the international level. This process is still ongoing.

This year's Novruz is celebrated in our country in the spirit of victory. Because we celebrate this holiday together with our liberated Karabakh under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev.
