The arrival of spring to Azerbaijan this year, has announced.

According to the Khidir Mikayilov, Deputy Director for Science of ANAS Shamakhi Astrophysics Observatory after N.Tusi PhD in Physics, this year spring comes to Azerbaijan on March 20 at 07:49am.

The Sun will move from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere. At that moment, the Sun will be on the intersection of the Earth's equatorial and ecliptic planes. Since then, the astronomical spring begins in the northern hemisphere.
