Guided by the 8th paragraph of Article 119 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, taking into account the proposal of the Academy, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:

1. To approve "Rules of implementation of the pilot project on 2021-2024 in Institute of Economics of ANAS in connection with application of new mechanism of financing of scientific researches in the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences" (attached).

2. Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other relevant state bodies to solve the issues stemming from this Resolution.
