An educational event on preparation for the autumn-winter season of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic was held at the Institute of Natural Resources of the Nakhchivan Division of ANAS.

Opening the meeting, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs, Doctor of Chemical Sciences Bayram Rzayev said that such events should be held regularly, especially in the cold winter months, gas and electrical appliances should be used efficiently and not left unattended.

Then, Captain Rajab Safarov, Chief of the Civil Defense Organization and Planning Department of the Civil Defense Organization Department of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Ministry of Emergency Situations, briefed the participants on "Modern requirements for the organization and conduct of civil defense work."

Another speaker of the event was Afag Almammedova, Chief Adviser on Civil Defense Forces Training of the Civil Defense and Emergency Preparedness Department of the Civil Defense Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.Afag Almammedova noted that in case of emergency, it is necessary to immediately go to outpatient clinics and emergency medical care. According to her, the poisoned person should be taken outdoors, not allowed to sleep, given perfume, alcohol, etc. until the doctor arrives  should be sniffed and kept awake.Such cases cause certain complications in the spinal cord in the future. It causes the death of certain cells in the human body.
