The students who took part in the IX Republican contest “Scientists of the Future” with projects led by scientists of the Institute of Physiology named after academician Abdulla Garayev of ANAS became the winners.

At the competition, under the leadership of the director of the scientific institution, Doctor of Biological Sciences Professor Ulduz Hashimova and chief researcher of the Laboratory of Ecotoxicology, Doctor of Biological Sciences Khadija Ismayilova, students of the 11th grade of the educational complex 132-134 in Baku Murad Ahmadzadeh and Vali Baliyev were awarded a bronze medal in the nomination "Medicine and health” for the project “Pharmacological correction of experimental disorders of learning and memory”.
